Purchased a Dell 24" all in one at Christmas time that on paper, had a bit more performance but when I got it, I tried and hated it. Slooooow as a turtle, so I returned it. Very disappointed because I like Dell, I have a 27" all-in-one and love it so why wouldn't I like 24" right? Wrong! I decided to try Asus, I've used there mother boards many times and currently have a high end router from them that is just out of this world.
This computer is gorgeous in its design, all aluminum and the way the rear ports are arranged in the back, reminds you of an iMac. This computer boots up quickly and is really responsive, it's waiting on me, not the other way around.
The Asus manager is really nice, runs in the background and will notify you if any system hardware updates are required, you know drivers, BIOS and applications.
The display is nice an bright and text resolution is wonderful.
I would recommend this computer over the Dell 24" computer you see on this site, I bought one and returned it.
One thing I really like was the hard drive was partitioned into two drives, C: for OS and D: for data. I recommend going into Windows 10 "settings", then "storage" and set your pictures, music and video to the D: drive partition. If you don't, and have allot of pictures etc... you will fill up the C: drive. The intent here is to keep the OS and data separated. It probably was setup that way from Asus but a huge Windows 10 update came through when I set this up and it seemed like I had to repeat many of the initial setup steps. So my guess is the update defaulted the settings. I also zip tied the power brick to the stand, keeps things nice and clean looking.
The care Asus took in protecting this computer for shipping was even impressive. I saw how Dell did it and how Asus does it, Asus get an "A" and Dell a "B".
For the money this is a great computer, so impressed with its performance and its quality. Try one!
